Student Board

THE STUDENT HONORS BOARD is composed of a wide variety of OWU students:

	Britta Buchenroth is a senior Pre-Med/Zoology double major with a minor in chemistry. Outside of the Honors Board she is involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, Pre-Med Club, Mortar Board, and Terpsicorps. Next year she will be attending Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.

	Scott Williams is a junior Zoology major with a Spanish minor from Chicago, IL. He runs for the OWU Track and Cross Country teams and participates in the Newman Community. He has participated in OWU’s Summer Science Research Program as well as the Kraus Fellowship program.

	Laura Coonfield is a senior Microbiology and Philosophy double major from Northern Virginia. She is actively involved in the Newman Community, Academic Policy Committee, and Spring Break Mission teams. She enjoys reading, discussing philosophy, and working at her local hospital.

	Sarah Bonnet is a junior Pre-Professional Zoology major from Eighty Four, PA. She is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority as well as the OWU Equestrian Team and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She likes skiing and horseback riding.

	Sharon Rymut is a Junior ACS Biochemistry major and a Zoology and Spanish double minor from Cleveland, OH. She is a member of the OWU Track and Field team, President’s Club, and SHO (Student Homecoming Organization). Her other interests include running, music, Ultimate Frisbee, and traveling the country.

	Selby Majewski is a junior Pre-Professional Zoology and Environmental Studies major from Cleveland Heights, OH. She is involved with Delta Zeta Sorority, Outdoor Ministry team, Terpsicorps, and will be leading a spring break backpacking trip. She enjoys being outside, singing, dancing, and playing with animals.

	Lindsey Aurora is a sophomore Pre-Med and Biology double major with a minor in Chemistry originally from India and currently living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She plans on attending medical school with hopes of becoming a cardiologist. She loves to dance, travel, and spend time with friends and family.

	Rachel Spetrino is a sophomore theatre and pre-major from Medina, Ohio. She is also a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Pitch Black (OWU’s all female a cappella group), and is a tour guide at OWU. Rachel also loves to swim, make lists, and spend time in the theatre.

	Chloe Hamrick is a sophomore Pre-Med and Microbiology major with minors in Spanish and Chemistry form Columbus, OH. She volunteers at a local nursing home, free health clinic and is an OWU tour guide. Her other interests include reading and traveling.

	Christina Trusty is a freshman Pre-Med and Microbiology double major with a minor in Chemistry from Dublin, Ohio. She is a member of the Women in Science Club, Pre-Health Club and a Welch Counselor. She enjoys skiing, sailing, and spending time with her family.

	Sharif Kronemer is a freshman Biology and Philosophy double major. He runs for the OWU Track and Cross Country teams. Presently, he is the Class of 2012 Representative. Among other things, Sharif loves to learn and think.

	Anne Flowers is a freshman Theatre and Biology double major. She hails from Choteau, Montana and loves telling anyone about her home state. She is involved in Student Homecoming Organization, various theatre productions,the all women’s a cappella group Pitch Black, Choral Arts Society, and dance productions. She enjoys running, late night trips to Slocum, and 18 mile hikes.
